The course is designed for people who wish to pursue a career in the tourism industry. The course is designed by professionals and experts in the travel industry. The course certification will be issued by the Skill Development Department (JPK), Human Resources Malaysia. Upon completion of the course, the academy will arrange for candidates to undergo industrial training and provide job recommendations for them.

The course is divided into 5 Competency of Curriculum Unit (CoCU)

• Reservation and Ticketing
• Inbound/ Outbound Operation
• Sales and Marketing
• Supervisory and Administrative
• Customer Services and Relations

The candidates are required to complete the portfolio, which will be assessed by an internal verifier (PPD) and an external verifier (PPL). At the same time, the candidate must pass the written examination and the practical examination.
