Admission Procedure

When registering for the course at the academy, all students must complete the Registration Form and bring all the following required documents:

  • A photostat copy of the highest actual or forecast examination results (e.g., SPM/'O'-Levels, STPM, UEC, A-Level)

  • A copy of the identification card (front and back)

  • 4 copies of a passport-sized photograph (white background)

  • Attach the hostel application form and the bond scholarship application form (if applicable).


When registering for the course, the full Booking Fee needs to be made at the academy registration counter or office. Currently, only cash or direct payment to a bank account is acceptable.

For direct payment to a bank account, please bring the payment slip with a written note of your full name, contact number, and the course that you want to enrol in for our subsequent action. Details for payments made via direct bank-in are as below:

Should you require the accommodation, please complete the hostel application form, and a hostel deposit payment and monthly rental need to be made at the same time.



RESPONSE FROM PHILEA ACADEMY

All the payments made on the spot will be issued with a receipt at the same time. The payment via cheque will only be issued with a receipt within 3 working days after receiving notification from the academic accounting department.

The Letter of Acceptance will be issued and sent (for completed documents only) to students within two weeks of the processing date for the application. Applicants submitting insufficient documents will be informed of further materials needed to facilitate the process.
