Philea Academy had been established since 2008. Previous name is known as RISM Hospitality Academy. In 2020, the management had carry out the rebranding exercise and change the business name to Philea Academy aligning with other existing business brand such as Latex furniture, Philea Resort, Philea Art Hotel, etc. Currently, Philea Academy is strategically located in the compound of Philea Resort & Spa, Melaka.
